In 2020, the Advisory Board recognized West Houston Assistance Ministries as an organization for all that its staff and volunteers had done to assist the community throughout the pandemic.

Tom Gaden, executive director of the Quillian serves as chair of the Advisory Board. “The board felt that there are many unsung heroes in Westchase District. This program seeks to recognize and honor the individuals and organizations who exemplify the best of our community.”
