Mobility | WESTCHASE DISTRICT

Wherever you need to go, you can get there easily from Westchase District. Commuters here enjoy easy access to four major highways, making it Houston’s most accessible commercial district. The city of Houston’s street grid also serves us well. Major east-west thoroughfares (Richmond, Westheimer and Westpark), as well as north-south roadways (Wilcrest, Gessner) make it easy to get to and through Westchase District.

Highway Access

We are located at the intersection of the Westpark Tollway and the West Sam Houston Tollway. The proximity of I-10 and US-59 give us access to more major highways than any other part of Houston. That means Westchase District is rarely more than 30 minutes away from any major destination within Houston, including both major airports, the Texas Medical Center, Katy, Memorial, River Oaks, Bellaire, Sugar Land, Downtown, the Galleria, City Centre and Greenway Plaza.
