A Houston-based construction firm has signed a 23,000-square-foot lease at Towers at Westchase II, part of the two-building Towers at Westchase office campus at 10350 and 10370 Richmond Ave. JLL’s Bryant Lach and David Endelman represented the tenant. Stream Realty Partners oversees leasing for the landlord, Franklin Street Properties.
