Created by the Texas Legislature in 1995, Westchase District works to support economic growth through targeted investments in mobility, public safety, beautification, and long-term planning. By providing a higher level of service, the District helps create a stronger, more competitive environment for businesses, property owners, and residents.
Working in coordination with the City of Houston, Harris County, and regional partners, the District plans and delivers projects that improve infrastructure, enhance public spaces, and support continued investment across the community.
