Microvast, a Stafford-based lithium-ion battery company, has acquired 2929 Briarpark Drive, a six-story office building in Westchase as part of its plans to relocate its headquarters, and expand its innovation and corporate operations. The acquisition adds another owner-occupied corporate presence to the district and reflects continued investment in Westchase office assets. The building is approximately 140,000-square-foot.
