After its purchase of 11300 Richmond, an industrial and office building on 6 acres, Prep Kitchens will establish the largest commercial kitchen facility in Houston. Buildout and construction of the space will begin in August. More than half of the 81,000 SF space will be home for up to 100-120 food businesses which specialize in consumer packaged goods.
