After its purchase of 2925 Briarpark Drive, IES Holdings is reported to be relocating to Westchase from Sugar Land and will occupy two floors in 2925 Briarpark following a $3.9 million buildout in the 12-story building. IES designs and installs integrated electrical and technology systems and provides infrastructure products and services to a variety of end markets including data centers.
