Houston-based accounting firm HRSS CPAs is relocating to Westchase District, signing a long-term lease for approximately 19,569 square feet at Millennium Tower, 10375 Richmond Ave. The growing firm will occupy a full floor of the 21-story Class A office tower and plans to make the move during the fourth quarter of 2026. The new location offers HRSS a furnished workplace along with convenient Beltway 8 access and amenities including an executive conference center, tenant lounge, fitness center and covered parking.
