Dodgeball fun

Westchase District will host the 22nd annual Corporate Challenge on Friday, March 29. It’s a fun day of networking and team-building where Westchase District businesses compete against each other in six different light athletic events. The prize? Bragging rights and the coveted traveling trophy.

“This event brings out the best in Westchase District businesses and their employees,” said Sherry Fox, VP of Communications. “They support this event so generously with their time and talents, not to mention the sponsorship dollars. We’re grateful for the companies that participate in this event year after year.”

Always room for more

There are three levels of participation in the event:

  • Major Sponsors ($850) are recognized in all the promotional material and have their company logo on the souvenir team shirt, plus registration for one team.
  • Event Hosts ($200) are recognized with sponsorship at the event and are recognized at the award program. Hosts provide one volunteer to assist on event day. If the host chooses not to send a volunteer, the sponsorship fee is $400.
  • Teams ($300 before March 1; $400 after March 1) are made up of four to six individuals and must be go-ed. Each participant receives a souvenir t-shirt

All proceeds benefit the Westchase District Community Fund and Quillian Recreation Center.

The event is scheduled for Friday, March 29th from 8 am to 5 pm. Teams participate in either the morning or afternoon session. In the event of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled to Friday, April 5th. All activities take place at the Quillian Center, 10570 Westpark (at Beltway 8.)

This event typically sells out, so businesses are encouraged to register early. Download the registration form or visit our Corporate Challenge page for more information.
