2007 - Lighting upgrades and planters are installed at Richmond and Briar Forest underpasses.
2009 - 800,000 square feet of LEED-certified office space is built in Westchase District.
2010 - Westchase District celebrates 15 years of building higher value for property owners and businesses.

Monthly Recycling Returns to Westchase District


Westchase District is pleased to continue its monthly recycling program, thanks to our new partner: Republic Services.  Recycling bins are set up on the 2nd Saturday of each month at Carillon Center, 10001 Westheimer. 

Current collection hours (subject to change in the summer) are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. 

Currently, we are collecting paper, cardboard, aluminum, glass and plastics (EVERYTHING EXCEPT #6 plastics)
