2004 - Westchase District Patrol is launched with two specially marked vehicles.
2006 - Long Range Plan is recognized by the Texas Society of Architects.
2007 - Lighting upgrades and planters are installed at Richmond and Briar Forest underpasses.
2009 - 800,000 square feet of LEED-certified office space is built in Westchase District.
2010 - Westchase District celebrates 15 years of building higher value for property owners and businesses.

A check for  $15,157 is presented to Quillian Center.  The money represents the net proceeds of the 2011 Corporate Challenge and will be used to provide scholarships for area children to attend Quillian's summer camps. CORPORATE CHALLENGE AWARDS, PROCEEDS DISTRIBUTED AT WESTCHASE DISTRICT EVENT

HOUSTON – Costello, Inc. earned top honors in the Westchase District's 14th annual Corporate Challenge. Team members are Brent Palermo, Ron Dechert, Kalli Dechert, Jonathan Schumann, Roy White , and Steve Jones.  The team earned the right to display the Corporate Challenge traveling trophy at Costello's offices on Richmond at Briarpark.

The Westchase District's Sherry Fox, who organized the event, congratulated the Costello team on their 1st place finish. "In only their second year of competition,  Costello has taken home top honors in our event.  They're not only good athletes, they're good sportsmen as well."  Two other teams from Costello participated in Corporate Challenge this year.  The "Grey" team earned top honors in the Dodge Ball event and the Football Toss, as well as 2nd place in the Briefcase Relay and NBA 2-ball. 

Men's Wearhouse earned the runner-up trophy.  2nd Place team members are Trevor Thornton, Giang Bui, Trey Russo, Darrell Hjelle, and Stacy Malin.

The third place trophy was awarded to Frost Bank.  Team members include Joey Cardenas, Daniel Sexton, Karin Mewis and Erin Burrous.

Special plaques are presented to the top performing team in each of the five events. They are:

Briefcase RelayMen's Wearhouse "Narwhals"
Soccer KickMen's Wearhouse "Narwhals"

At the conclusion of the awards program, officers from the Westchase District Community Fund presented a check to the Quillian Center's Tom Gaden for $15,157. The Corporate Challenge proceeds go to provide need-based scholarships for area kids to attend Quillian's summer day camps. Sterling Bank VP Richard McCardle also participated in the check presentation. Sterling Bank has supported this event as Title Sponsor for eleven consecutive years.
