2009 - 800,000 square feet of LEED-certified office space is built in Westchase District.

UPCOMING EVENTS


Westchase District has partnered with Republic Services to offer free recycling on the 2nd Saturday of each month.  Recycling bins are set up at the Carillon Shopping Center, 10001 Westheimer.

At our 15th annual Corporate Challenge, scheduled for April 13, 2012, teams from Westchase District businesses will compete for prizes in five fun events. Proceeds benefit the Quillian Memorial Center and its summer day camp scholarship program

Wonderland in Westchase is our annual holiday celebration, hosted jointly by Westchase District, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, Quillian Recreation Center and First Methodist Houston.  Mark your calendar for Thursday, December 15, 2011.  This event features Santa and Mrs. Claus, carolers, snow, crafts and activities for big kids and small ones alike.

Westchase Wednesdays is an occasional program to offer special discounts to guests who dine at one of our participating restaurants on Wednesday nights.   Thirteen restaurants participated in the summer 2011 promotion.  Look for the program to return in the spring.

Our Holiday in May Food Drive invites area residents and businesses to benefit the West Houston Assistance Ministry.

Bike to Work Day, held annually in May, encourages area workers to enjoy a 2-wheeled commute to work.
