BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS

We are committed to a “country club” level of finish for the Westchase District, which is why we maintain several ongoing programs for enhancing the area's natural beauty. These ambitious beautification programs include:

  • Upgrades to esplanades, gateways and signage
  • Brilliant plantings and new stonework
  • Striking 12-foot-tall Westchase District markers at the main entrances

These projects work to to achieve a balance between the aesthetic appeal of modern living with the vibrant energy which has become a hallmark of the Westchase District. Not only does this balance provide an unrivaled beauty for local residents, but businesses, shoppers and visitors are all drawn to return again and again to one of Houston's most attractive areas.
